Stepping back from our trauma, from our immediate life
circumstances, and taking a very “bird’s eye view” of ourselves and this life
can help to shift our perspective into something that is closer to the “truth”
than just our wounds and pain.
I know some who read this may think… well that’s all fine
for others, but I’m living a shit show of a life…
And for those who are deeply struggling… know that what you are experiencing is NOT All there is, and the Universe didn’t “Curse” you or “Punish” you in any way.
Being Adopted is not something MOST people experience. We have a unique perspective on this Life… and if we can shift our perspective from Pain to Power, we have an advantage over so many people who were kept. I believe Adoptees and those who struggle with family of origin and identity have a deeper resilience and ability to adapt.
Our Oneness with each other, and the community that we are growing through Adoptee Healing Collective is proof that we CAN grow, shift, change, let go and become ALL that we were born to be.
