How Can Adoptees Utilize the Law of Attraction to their Benefit?

When we understand the LOA, we can begin to make different choices about our thoughts, feelings, actions, and INTENTIONS.

By choosing a different structure of how we ARE, we begin to create a different life experience. Life does not change through action alone.

We need to shift the ENERGY within ourselves which is what the Universe “hears” and sends us matching  people, events and circumstances.
Once I was able to remove myself from that marriage, I began a journey to explore life from a different perspective, and to learn how Energy, Spirituality, and Metaphysics work, so I could live differently.

I learned that emotions are energy, and how to become more intentional and curious about my emotions, such as noticing when I get upset and why.

Asking myself, “is this situation worth being this upset about?”

“How can I see it differently?”

“What can I do about it right now?”

These questions help me to diffuse the emotion and choose a course of action that brings me into emotional and energetic balance once again. I noticed some small changes immediately.  I could have that “knee-jerk” reaction about a bad driver, and then let it go, rather than rant about it all day.

I started saying things like “I don’t know why they are acting that way.  Maybe they are having a bad day.” As I started making small changes about my emotions, other things started changing in my life too.

I met different people, had new experiences which helped me create different feelings and beliefs… And my life reflects these changes.

Over time, I began to attract more of what I wanted, more of who I was becoming, and old patterns faded away and became less “in charge”.

I continue this journey each day, as it is how life works… and can see how my emotions, my frequency and my beliefs all converge to create what I experience in my daily life.

Using the Law of Attraction is about doing the “internal work” to become aligned with what you choose to create, rather than reacting to “what is”.
