And I wanted it all to just STOP. I wanted to get away from the bad feelings and finally feel free and good in my life.
I just didn’t know how to do that.Along the way, I learned many things about energy. For example, Energy doesn't disappear or go away. It only TRANSFORMS.
Wait, I can’t stop the bad feelings?
I have to transform them?
Yes… and as we know, Transformation takes….
Energy… in the form of Commitment and Focus.
Some ways I began my journey to Transform my Emotions and my energy was to use daily affirmations and to learn about Metaphysics through reading and listening to videos.
Slowly my energy began to shift to live at a higher frequency.
Now, that doesn’t mean I create high level energy every day. I still feel grief, frustration or loneliness at times. Yet, I practice daily to live MORE of my time in joy, love, peace and harmony, than in anger, despair or frustration. Life is a PRACTICE.
And many people default to the life they were handed, and continue to practice that life over and over (without realizing it). I did that for decades.
It’s OK if that’s where you are… and if you are ready for something different…
What will you choose to practice?
Anger, pain and trauma?
Or learn to practice Joy, Love and Peace?
